Business Development Specialist

KeyResponsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Territory Planning:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective customerswithin the assigned territory.
- Develop andexecute a comprehensive coverage plan that aligns with companygoals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts andset achievable targets based on marketpotential.
- Customer Engagement andRelationship Building:
- Identify and engagewith key decisionmakers including CIOs VPs of IT GMs of IT and ITHeads.
- Understand customer IT roadmaps typicalbuying cycles and assess future businesspotential.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor to meettheir evolving needs.
- Sales ProcessManagement:
- Drive the entire sales processfrom lead generation to closing ensuring alignment with customergoals.
- Prepare and deliver compellingpresentations and proposals that address customer pain points andshowcase the value of Your Company Name ssolutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals toachieve or exceed sales targets.
- Learning andAdaptation:
- Stay updated with the latestindustry trends products and services with a willingness to learnand adapt to new gotomarket strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of Your Company Name s offerings andeffectively communicate their value tocustomers.
- Reporting andDocumentation:
- Maintain accurate records ofsales activities customer interactions and sales forecasts in theCRM system.
- Provide regular reports andupdates to the Sales Manager and otherstakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in ITservices software products cloud services hardware or networkingsales.
- Proven track record of interacting withIT decisionmakers (CIO/VPIT/GMIT/ITHead) and understanding theirbuying cycles IT roadmaps and business needs.
- Strong territory planning skills with the ability to identifypotential customers create a coverage plan and accurately forecastsales.
- Proficiency in local language withexcellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish.
- Selfdriven proactive and capable ofworking independently to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products services andgotomarket strategies.
