We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Administrator-
Principal responsibilities:
Diary management for senior team members, excluding the Head of the team Organizing bigger all team meetings for any team member Expenses and travel Shared calendar management Business management aspects ( Onboarding/off boarding, access management, IT issues management, offshoring documents) Requirements High levels of organizational skills Excellent use of Outlook and Teams functionality Ability to multi-task Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail Ability to deliver under time pressureYou’ll achieve more at HSBC
