Principal responsibilities:
- Diary management for senior team members, excluding the Head of the team
- Organizing bigger all team meetings for any team member
- Expenses and travel
- Shared calendar management
- Business management aspects ( Onboarding/off boarding, access management, IT issues management, offshoring documents)
- High levels of organizational skills
- Excellent use of Outlook and Teams functionality
- Ability to multitask
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver under time pressure
