Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the United States, has animmediate need for an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day activities for our India TDC leadershipteam.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to support a growing company build roots in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all office management and logistics, including office space administration, office vendor management (cleaning, physical security), badging, visitor process, parking info, office updates and announcements, closures, and adhoc requests;Act as point person and communicate TDC specific updates: office events, parking info, officeupdates and announcements, closures (inclement weather).
  • Ideate, plan and execute TDC events to build community including events like all hands meeting, game nights, lunch & learns, field trips to the FCs, etc. Must partner with TDC Site Lead, Bostonbased EA Tech Team and Community Celebrate team to understand what is happening and what should be applied/executed in the TDC.
  • Support the HR leader with administrative HR work including contracts, background checks, corporate compliance paperwork, and payroll.
  • Responsible for the new hire experience for new employees; partner with central New Hire
  • Experience team to translate global Wayfair practices and partner with local HR Leader to build and administer New Hire Experience locally
  • Provide reception coverage, when needed, for visitors and new employees (ensuring they have a badge, have completed entry requirements, etc); Act as point person for visitors / guests arrivals in office
  • Adhoc support of TDC leaders in partnership with their dedicated EA, including calendar management, handle local travel, schedule ad hoc local engagements.
  • Interact with key internal and external contacts, including senior management and Clevel individuals
  • Must be able to represent the team in a positive way to people outside the company Various other ad hoc requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 year + of experience as EA for multiple senior level executives
  • Ability to be assertive and give pushback as needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and forward thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and situations before they are fully developed
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite [e.g. Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Slides,
Sheets, Drive, Meet, etc.]

  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, communicating with diverse
audiences and balancing/negotiating priorities

  • Ability to represent the team in a positive way to people within and outside the company
  • A strong interest in using technology to help teams work better and faster
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
  • Flexible and able to handle ad hoc issues that may arise outside of core business hour
