Job Specification – Scrum Master  with SAFE AGILE

Education & Training: 

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent 

Skill Requirements: 

Below is the JD of the profile. 

Qualification:  B.Tech / B.E or equivalent  Certified :  CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification Should be from Embedded development Background

Job Responsibilities: 

To Scrum Team : 

Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality  Helping the Development Team to create high-value products  Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress  Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed  Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood  Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting whenever required)  Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed 

Safe agile is added plus.
