Job Specification – Scrum Master  

Education & Training: 

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent 

Qualification:  B.Tech / B.E or equivalent  Certified :  CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification

Job Responsibilities: 

To Scrum Team : 

Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality  Helping the Development Team to create high-value products  Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress  Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed  Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood  Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting whenever required)  Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed  In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective. Remove Impediment and blocker. Coach the team as and when required. Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlog CSM/PSM certification. SAFE Certification.
