As a Scrum Master at HARMAN, you will play a key role in driving cutting-edge solutions in the car, enterprise, and connected ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional team facilitation and coaching
  • Development of high-value products
  • Impediment removal and process improvement

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review, and retrospective.

You should also have a CSM/PSM certification and experience with SAFE Certification.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
