Job Title:Team Lead or Associate Manager

PerformQC on highly complex contracts/agreements in accordance withproject guidelines and client sguidance/feedback.

Roles&Responsibilities:

Technical:
  • Prepareplaybook and train teammembers
  • Escalateand draft queries from live requests and basis feedback receiveddevelop playbook rules as and whenrequired.
  • Strongly contributeconsolidate and also ensures the best practices are followed in theteam.
  • Maintain confidentiality ofall information of organization and clientinformation
  • Complete work on timealong with maintaining the requiredquality
  • Ready to work with and adoptnew Contract Review AI technologies(must)
  • Work efficiently on MSWord
  • Work as a subject matter expertfor contract review contract due diligence and relatedwork
  • Attend manage internal andclient calls communicate with clients directly (also internally) onemail and phone prepare minutes ofmeeting
  • When required provide SMEsupport to the Contract Abstractionteam
  • Ability to communicateeffectively with clients managers and teammembers
ManagerialRole:
  • Reportand maintain team metricsappropriately
  • Track andreport quality for the QC ed work and give feedback to reviewersand QC ers
  • Set SMART goals for theteam
  • Ensures team achieves the SLAs(timeline Quality)
  • Work as a mentorand role model for team members.
  • Usedifferent Excel features and formulas to track and maintainreports.
  • Prepare supervise andensure the accuracy of thereports.
  • Perform any other tasksassigned by manager
  • Assist theproject manager in reporting and other projectissues.
  • Maintain a team of 1015 teammembers.
  • Manage motivate and trainthe team to produce high qualitywork.
  • Manage absenteeism and ensurelow attrition utilizing managerialskills.
  • Implement task assignmentfeedback mechanism and appraisalprocess.
  • Mandatory experience in theLegal Profession with a law firm or in the legal Department of alarge company.
  • Out of the Boxthinking in managing people andprojects.
  • Identify assets andassociated risks and review Risks Treatment Plans of the departmentespecially considering any changes to the business objectivesprocesses assets external environment etc. and suggestmodifications.
  • Exorbitant level ofattention todetails.

RequirementsCompetenciesRequired:
