Job Title: TL/ AM Customer Service (UK SME lending).
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai (UK hours)
Summary of role: The AM Customer Service will be responsible to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
At least 2-5 years’ experience in handling team (Sales/Customer Service)
Educated to degree/postgraduate level. (M. Com/MBA) preferable.
Delivery of service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators.
People Management, including dispute resolution and coordination within team members.
Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule. Ownership and problem resolution.
Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
Training and development of staff. Motivation, leadership of a team
Ability to think strategically & to lead.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills. High Proficiency in English.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
Intermediate user of Excel, Project and Risk Management Software’s/CRM
Ability to work UK hours. No transportation provided.
Salary will be as per company’s norms.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
