We are seeking a qualified salesmanager who can help keep this engine running with their own salesskills as well as the leadership of a team. The ideal sales managerhas deep experience with the entire sales process excelling at leadgeneration relationship building and deal closing.


Theobjective of thisrole:

  • Representing thecompany effectively with comprehensive knowledge of offerings.
  • Achieve Company objectives by planningthoroughly setting sales goals analyzing performance data & andmaking forecasts.
  • Generate Leads and establishand nurture client relationships.

Desired Profile:

  • MBAMarketing
  • 10 years ofexperience in managing sales in the IT servicesindustry.
  • Excellent English communication and workingknowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Proven sales experience and a good history ofexceeding sales targets are required. Manage the targets assignedby the management.
  • Ability to travel.

Skills/Requirements.

  • Should bean extrovert initiativetaking personality with a purposefulapproach and be strong in negotiation and convincing.
  • Effective communication & and presentationskills with an eye for details
  • Having a goodnetwork of potential industries will be an added advantage for thecandidate.
  • An ability to build and manage goodrelations with clients is essential.

Competent in managing product demosand technical queries forcustomers.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating& and executing strategic sales plans that expand our customerbase and extend the companys global reach by Generating BusinessLeads.
  • Ensure that companyquotas are met by holding daily checkins with the sales team to setobjectives and monitor progress.
  • Understandingthe technical requirements of clients and coordinating with theinternal team to prepare the solutions & and offerings as perthe commitment given to the customers.
  • Preparethe offer proposal with accuracy and share it with clients in thegiven timelines.
  • Responsible for implementing& and monitoring monthly quarterly and annual sales plans asper the business sales forecast.
  • Setting sales targets andensuring sales goals are met.
  • Planning andcreating the sales revenue and expense controls.
  • Delegating individualsales targets to the sales team.
  • Providingexcellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Building agood relationship with the clients.
  • Preparingand presenting sales reports to the higher management.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department todevelop various promotional activities.
  • Researching and reviewing competitor regularlyofferings
  • Resolving customers complaints andissues professionally.
