  • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries of reconciliation outcomes for management review, all while staying abreast of pertinent accounting standards and regulations. 
  • Serve as a liaison between different internal departments, addressing inquiries and policies, while also managing monthly calculations and ensuring compliance. 
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated within the scope. 
  • If assigned with, assist the team in the recruitment, onboarding, and training, and overseeing tasks; addressing grievances and resolving issues. 



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in bank reconciliation or similar accounting roles. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in one or more accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Professional qualification like CMA (US) preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is mandatory. 
  • Experience working with remote clients from US or UK is expected. 
  • Familiarity with reconciliation tools and automation software.
