Role Summary Responsible and accountable for maintaining the IT network, servers and security systems.
Reporting to Senior IT Administrator
Roles & **KRA 1: System Management and Troubleshooting**
Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the
Service Desk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
- Ensure network security and connectivity.
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
- Resolve problems reported by end user.
- Define network policies and procedures.
- Specify system requirements and design solutions.
**KPIs**
- Turnaround time for problem resolution.
**KRA 2: Monitoring and Maintenance**
- Keep an eye out for needed updates.
- Maintain daily back up in HDD of all location.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Monitor EPBAX.
**KPIs**
- Zero downtime of systems.
**KRA 3: Training and Support**
- Conduct technology training for new users.
- Provide support to the all departments.
- Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.

- No. of training sessions conducted
Entry Requirements
Qualification Span of Experience
MBA Systems, /CCNA/ MCSE qualified. 1-3 yrs. Experience handling System support,
CCTV, Biometric and other related aspects of IT.
Technical Competencies Behavioral Competencies
- Good working knowledge of IT operating Communication skills systems, particularly Windows, Exchange and Good organizational skills
Citrix. Good time management
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and Professionalism software. Team Work
- Process adherence
**Salary**: From ₹220,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
