Job Role
- To manage training anddevelopment objectives of mapped employees and cluster.
- To ensure optimal training coverage to realized desiredsales and product mix objectives.
- To plantraining calendar and ensure execution as per plan and trainingneeds and agreed agenda for month.
- To ensurethat the team is meeting their productivity targets and developingthe skills of new LAs APs
- Develop &execute training programs that align with the goals &objectives
- Collaborate with other departmentsto identify training needs and ensure that the training programsare customized to meet the needs
- Evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustmentsto ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes
