  • Translation& Interpretation: Translate and interpretconversations calls and voice recordings between French and Englishaccurately and inrealtime.
  • CustomerInteraction: Communicate effectively withFrenchspeaking customers providing clear and accurate informationas per the processrequirements.
  • QualityAssurance: Ensure that all translations maintain theoriginal meaning tone and intent of the spokencommunication.
  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain accurate records of translations and customerinteractions.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication andsupport in processimprovements.
  • Training:Participate in language and process training to stay updated on newprotocols and improve translationaccuracy.
KeyRequirements:
  • LanguageProficiency: Fluency in French and English withexcellent verbal and written communication skills in bothlanguages.
  • Experience:25 years of experience in translation interpretation or a similarrole preferably in a voice process or customer serviceenvironment.
  • TechnicalSkills: Familiarity with translation tools softwareand voice process systems is aplus.
  • CustomerService: Strong customer service skills with theability to manage conversations with empathy andprofessionalism.
  • Attention toDetail: Ability to understand and convey detailedand complex informationaccurately.
  • ShiftFlexibility: Willingness to work in different shiftsas required including nights andweekends.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Certification:A degree or certification in French language studies ortranslation.
  • IndustryExperience: Previous experience in BPO customerservice or related industry is highlydesirable.
  • CulturalKnowledge: Understanding of French culture andidioms to ensure contextually accuratetranslations.
