PositionOverview:

Asa Territory Sales Executive you will be responsible for drivingdirect sales within the hardware retail market specificallyfocusing on Bath Fittings Sanitary ware and Pipe Fittings. Yourprimary duties will include daily visits to retail counters tofacilitate secondary sales. We are seeking individuals with aminimum of one year of experience in this market equipped withtheir owntransportation.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conductdaily visits to retail counters within the designated territory topromote and sellproducts.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensureongoing sales and marketpresence.
  • Achieveand exceed sales targets through effective planning execution andfollowup of salesactivities.
  • Monitormarket trends competitor activities and customer feedback toidentify opportunities forgrowth.
  • Provideproduct demonstrations training and support to retail staff toenhance product knowledge and saleseffectiveness.
  • Prepareand submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports to the managementteam.
  • Collaboratewith the marketing department to implement promotional strategiesand campaigns within theterritory.

EssentialQualifications andSkills:

  • Minimumof one year of experience in direct sales within the hardwareretail market preferably in Bath Fittings Sanitary ware or PipeFittings.
  • Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrapport and negotiateeffectively.
  • Excellentorganizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasksand meetdeadlines.
  • Selfmotivatedand resultsoriented with a proactive approach tosales.
  • Possessa valid driving license and own a reliable bike for dailytransportation.
  • Proficiencyin basic computer applications such as MS Office for generatingreports and communicationpurposes.
  • Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision while also being ateamplayer.
