We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Area Technical Manager- Vadodara.
Job description:
- Manage stakeholders for site survey, site readiness, material delivery tracking etc.
- Manage different vendors for installation as per SOW, monitoring the implementation, installation certification, ILC update & project documentation.
- Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction through smooth service.
- Manage outsourced staff, provide timely feedback, and monitor their performance.
- Coordination with the concerned team member or vendor to solve the technical issues raised by the customer within defined timelines.
- Coordination with service desk & OEM to ensure SLA management.
- Windows, Ubuntu, ClassEdge Server & Client Hardware & networking installation, troubleshooting & training in the school.
- Timely implementation as per commencement dates.
- Performance monitoring of TCE hardware and software.
- Increase uptime and reduce downtime by liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Visit schools as and when required for system maintenance & repair and ensure optimal usage of CE assets in schools.
Technical Skills Required:
- Desktop and Projector Troubleshooting,
- Vendor Management
- Understanding on routers and switches.
- LAN and WAN installation
