Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Firozabad. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales figures, and collaborating with buyers, suppliers, and analysts. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, generating purchase orders, managing inventory, and facilitating communication between the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Retail strategies
  • Strong Marketing skills
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and market trends
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Prior experience in the glassware industry is a plus
