**JOB OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Merchandising Strategy Development**: Plan and develop effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
- **Making presentations-** for respective clients as per requirements **Market Analysis**: Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs and make informed decisions.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and track inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized on shelves.
- **Promotional Activities**: Implement and manage promotional campaigns, price changes, and markdowns to boost sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with retail staff to ensure they are informed about product details and promotions.
- **Business Development - **Planning from receiving orders to final dispatchment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Any postgraduate or graduate or a degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.

**Experience** - Any fresher or previous experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.

**Skills -**
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Professional Communication.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and attention to detail in product presentation.
- Should have enough knowledge of production and manufacturing industry in glassware for home decor.
- Overall knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
