Job Title Process Coordinator Female Company Transparent Overseas Location Firozabad Salary 15000 - 20000 About the Company Transparent Overseas is a leading glass manufacturing and exporting firm supplying handcrafted superior-quality glassware to international home decor brands Our operations involve close coordination with artisans engineers quality control teams and international buyers to ensure timely delivery premium quality and seamless production processes Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female Process Coordinator who will act as the key communication link between all departments and the top management She will be responsible for tracking recording and reporting every stage of the ongoing orders and ensuring smooth workflow across procurement production quality and logistics This role demands strong follow-up coordination and monitoring skills to eliminate bottlenecks maintain process accuracy and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time with the highest level of accountability Key Responsibilities Maintain complete tracking and documentation of all ongoing orders from initiation to final shipment Coordinate between departments production procurement quality packing and dispatch to ensure seamless workflow Conduct regular follow-ups with respective executives and update management on daily progress Identify and report process bottlenecks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them Maintain detailed records of all transactions communications audits and approvals Serve as the spokesperson for departmental executives communicating their issues updates and requirements to senior management Ensure that all audits inspections and quality checks are carried out as per buyer requirements and compliance standards Support top management by preparing timely MIS reports order tracking dashboards and performance summaries Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with suppliers when required for raw materials or packaging components Suggest process improvements for greater operational efficiency and transparency Required Skills Attributes Excellent coordination follow-up and communication skills Strong sense of responsibility ownership and attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good understanding of process flow in production export setups Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and documentation reporting tools Excellent interpersonal skills approachable dependable and solution-oriented Integrity authenticity and commitment to organizational goals Educational Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration Operations or related field Experience Required 0-1 years of experience in process coordination production tracking operations or merchandising in a manufacturing export firm preferably home decor or glassware industry Key Performance Indicators KPIs Timeliness and accuracy of process reporting Reduction in operational delays and bottlenecks Effective coordination and communication between departments Process improvement and workflow efficiency Why Join Us At Transparent Overseas we value commitment clarity and consistency The Process Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and ensuring that every order reflects our promise of quality transparency and craftsmanship Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
