**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --**
- Work closely with design and production teams to develop new glass products based on trends, customer feedback, and market needs.
- Coordinate between buyers and the manufacturing unit for customizations, sampling, and product approvals.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Handle order processing from quotation to dispatch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Resolve production or quality issues promptly by liaising with the factory team.
- Maintain all necessary documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, quality reports, and client communications.
- Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, stock levels, and client satisfaction.
