Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Executive for field-based lead generation and distributor identification. This role involves extensive travel and direct interaction with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel daily to assigned locations for lead generation
  • Identify and approach potential distributors and retailers
  • Promote products and explain features and benefits
  • Maintain daily activity and lead reports via company app

Eligibility

  • MBA / BBA / Marketing / Business / Commerce graduates
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of field sales experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Skills Required

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
  • Basic Tamil and English communication
  • Ability to work independently in the field
