Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Vellore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a portfolio of housing finance products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and promoting the company's lending solutions. The role also involves coordinating with developers, builders, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing finance sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and build lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of market research and sales promotion strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience with housing finance products like Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Vellore
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
