Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships in the jewellery showroom.
  • The Sales Executive have an in-depth product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to enhance the brand's reputation through a premium buying experience.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and purchase history.
  • Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
  • Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and invoices generated as per company policies.
  • Adhere to showroom security protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
  • 2–8 years of sales experience in jewellery retail industry.
  • Fluency in local language (Tamil); proficiency in English/Malayalam is an added advantage.

Shift: Day Shift

Work Location : Vellore, Ambur, Tirupattur

Benefit: Accommodation, Commission pay, Performance pay, Annual Bonus
