At Otomatiks, we believe education should inspire innovation.
Having trained 1.5 lakh+ students in Robotics, AI, and Future Tech, we're now expanding our reach — and we're looking for a Sales Lead who can turn opportunities into impact.
Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Lead who can generate leads, close deals, identify new revenue streams, and drive business growth for our Vellore operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop strategies for new verticals of income generation.
• Plan, execute, and achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Meet school and college management to present Otomatiks' offerings.
• Negotiate and close deals with confidence.
• Generate consistent revenue through school tie-ups, workshops, and franchise sales.
• Travel across Tamil Nadu for meetings and business expansion.
• Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align goals and growth strategy.
Requirements
• Experience in B2B or educational sales (school tie-ups preferred).
• Strong communication, strategy, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to think beyond sales.
