Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales strategies to expand the adoption of our educational curriculum in schools. The role requires a strong understanding of the education sector and proven sales leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers and administrators.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and tailor solutions.
  • Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education or curriculum sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the K-12 education market and curriculum needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
