Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective Sales strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive showroom sales, and manage the marketing budget. This role includes overseeing digital marketing, campaign planning, customer engagement, and brand consistency. The Sales Manager will also lead market research, analyze competitor activity, and build strong relationships with partners and customers to support the growth of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Ø Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with showroom goals
Ø Manage and optimize the marketing budget
Ø Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
Ø Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events
Ø Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
Ø Coordinate paid advertising across digital and traditional platforms
Ø Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
Ø Maintain and enhance the showroom's online presence through social media
Ø Oversee and update website content for SEO and customer engagement
Brand Management & Customer Engagement
Ø Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Ø Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention
Ø Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and marketing partners
Ø Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with teams to address queries or concerns
Ø Collaborate with showroom staff to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
