- Vehicle Presentation: Provide in-depth information about vehicle features and benefits, demonstrating suitable models to match customer requirements.
- Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, accompanying customers to ensure they experience the vehicle's performance.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate final prices, discuss financing options, and guide the customer through the entire sales process to a successful close.
- Paperwork Processing: Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements and finance documents, to complete the vehicle purchase.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all current car models, features, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed guidance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Showroom Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment for customers.
