RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research potential clients using online databases, social media, networking events, and market research.

  • Generate Opportunities: Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social media to create new business opportunities.

  • Contact Research: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.

  • Account Research: Analyze company profiles to understand client needs and challenges.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records, track interactions, and follow up with prospects.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and achieve sales goals.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (appointments, meetings, etc.).

  • Market Research: Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development strategy.

  • Reporting: Share insights, provide feedback on lead quality, and suggest improvements to outreach.

  • Sales Tools: Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.

  • Prospect Engagement: Connect with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video platforms.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term engagement with prospects not ready to buy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3-7 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred). Lead generation experience is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Skills:

  • Strong verbal & written communication with ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, G-Suite, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency with video platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).

  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Understanding of Identity Management solutions.

  • Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday.

  • Knowledge of PACS systems (Lenel, CCure, Johnson Controls, AMAG, etc.).

  • Attributes: Strong team player with willingness to collaborate and contribute to overall success.

Pay: ₹100, ₹125,000.00 per year
