Role & responsibilities

As an entry-level HR Data Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with HRIS Managers and HR Operations leaders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Cognos BI, and Looker.
  • Support HR and Recruiting teams by preparing datasets, running data queries, and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Learn to analyze data flows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with the testing and review of HR system changes and upgrades.
  • Help generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support HR operations and business planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and useful information is delivered in a clear and organized format.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Expert at MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative reporting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and spoken and written English communication skills.
