Role & responsibilities

Workday Reporting Expertise: Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting tools, including Report Writer, Advanced and Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields. Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to analyze large, complex data sets, identify patterns and anomalies, and transform raw data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.

Process Orientation: Proven ability to design and implement SOPs, reporting workflows, and KPIs to establish structure, accountability, and repeatability in reporting processes.

Attention to Detail & Data Integrity: High degree of accuracy and precision in managing confidential HR data. Strong commitment to ensuring compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workday HR Reporting Analyst to be a core member of our Workday support team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports that deliver meaningful insights to HR and business leaders.
  • As part of this team, you will not only build reporting solutions but also help establish best practicesfor reporting and analytics.
  • You will play a critical role in creating Process Flows, Standard Operating
  • Procedures (SOPs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define how reporting is requested, developed, reviewed, and delivered across the organization.
