Dear Candidates,

We are currently hiring for Zonal Co- Cordinator role with a Matrimonial Solutions Company serving both Domestic and International clients.

Company Location :- 1st & 2nd Floor, M Block, M-28, Market, above J B Gupta, Block M, Greater Kailash II, Greater Kailash, New Delhi, Delhi 110048

Working Days :- 6 Days (Sunday - Friday :- Saturday Off)

Office Hours :- 9.30 AM PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Oversee an assigned zone covering multiple cities/areas.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth by generating new leads and expanding the customer base.
  • Client Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client appointments PAN India for senior management.
  • Client Preferences: Understand and document client details/preferences to support match searching.
  • Enrollment Management: Manage the enrollment process for new clients.
  • Administrative Support: Handle clerical and operational tasks related to client and business services.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates preferred.
  • Language: Excellent English communication is mandatory (Hindi fluency also required).
  • Marital Status: Married / Unmarried.
  • Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge, confident, mature, and presentable.
  • Experience: Prior client-facing or coordination role experience preferred.

Note: Salary will be decided based on skills and experience (no fixed CTC mentioned).
