**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Zonal Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing and managing educational and career development programs across various centers in their designated zone. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's key initiatives, including child development and community empowerment programs, and facilitating leadership development opportunities. The Zonal Coordinator will report directly to the Regional Coordinator and will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**A. Learning Center Management (R&T, Footpathshala, DBC)**:

- Syllabus Planning & Management
- Student Performance Monitoring
- Center Performance Reporting
- Test Paper Preparation & Assessment
- Activity Planning
- Community Interaction & Visits
- Sports Coordination
- Report Submission

**B. Career Support Management**
- Scholarship Coordination
- Career Counseling & Placements
- Post-10th Classes
- Library & Vocational Courses
- Fellowship

**C. Skill Development Center (SDC) Management**
- Program Syllabus & Coordination
- Collaborations for Placement
- Resource Management
- Product Sales & Exhibitions
- Monthly Meetings & Reports

**D. Program Management**
- Initiative Coordination
- New Program Development
- Impact Assessment
- Program Audits & SOPs
- Data Management

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A graduate in any field, preferably in Social Work, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in education, social work, or community leadership.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work with strict deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
