In our journey, we are looking for talented individuals who can lead us on this mission.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic Research & Innovation team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of cosmetic product development, focusing on formulation, quality assessment, and performance characterization. You will work alongside expert scientists and contribute to projects that bring innovative and high-quality beauty solutions to consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Study Execution: Meticulously prepare and execute sensory and esthetic evaluation studies on our skincare and cosmetic products, following established protocols.
• Participant Coordination: Manage the scheduling, communication, and well-being of study participants and models, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone involved.
• Data Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry of study results into our systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the information.
• Logistics & Preparation: Assist in preparing the testing environment, product samples, and necessary documentation for all study sessions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the R&I scientists and study managers to ensure seamless execution and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• A graduate, ideally with a background as a beauty assistant or prior experience in the beauty, make-up, or skincare industry.
• Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools like email.
• Based in Mumbai and available for a regular, full-time office role.
