  • We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical HR Associates to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, critical

thinking abilities, and a passion for learning technical HR processes. While technical HR

responsibilities are teachable, we are looking for individuals who bring the right mindset,

analytical skills, and communication excellence to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate confidently and effectively with field leadership and internal teams.
  • Manage and track HR-related data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation for HR processes.
  • Support HR operations by assisting in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and

employee data management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process accuracy and timely updates.
  • Participate in training programs to gain proficiency in technical HR tools and systems.

Required Skills &Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior leaders and field management teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related fields

preferred).
