Company Overview Job Hub Hr headquartered in Bangalore is a premier Staffing and Recruitment Agency renowned in the ecosystem across India Known for innovative approaches in matching organizations with smart technology and exceptional talent our passion lies in helping enterprises and individuals reach their full potential As a leading human resources services firm we provide comprehensive staffing recruitment and consultancy solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented ETP and STP Design Technical Lead for a full-time position at our Madurai location This mid-level role requires between 4 to 6 years of work experience in environmental engineering especially in Effluent Treatment Plant ETP and Sewage Treatment Plant STP design and operation The candidate will be responsible for leading design initiatives and ensuring efficient and compliant wastewater management for various projects Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in ETP and STP design with experience in managing wastewater project designs Hands-on experience in developing P ID for industrial water treatment systems Strong capability in performing hydraulic calculations for water and wastewater systems Competency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design drawings and schematics In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental compliance Experience in process engineering within the water treatment industry is essential Ability to assess system performance and identify potential areas of improvement Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution and reporting Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and installation of effluent and sewage treatment plants ensuring compliance with regulations Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints Prepare P ID and technical drawings using AutoCAD for various treatment processes Conduct hydraulic analysis and calculations to ensure efficient flow and treatment capacity Monitor and evaluate the performance of treatment systems suggesting enhancements as needed Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all phases of project development Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians in the team Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders efficiently
