**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented Junior Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role involves researching topics, writing and editing articles, and developing diverse forms of content that cater to specific audiences, particularly in HR and recruitment.

**Overview**:

- **Position**: Full-Time, Onsite
- **Location**: US PST Time Zone
- **Schedule**: 5 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**: Create persuasive and well-structured content for client proposals, including project narratives, methodologies, qualifications, and past performance sections.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt content strategies as needed.
- **Content Optimization**: Write well-researched, keyword-driven content to enhance organic traffic, including optimized, engaging title tags and job descriptions.
- **HR/Recruitment Content**: Develop writing templates, articles, and other online content focused on HR and recruitment.
- **Editing**: Edit and prepare content for writing proposals to ensure clarity and professionalism.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Communication**: Proficiency in clear, effective verbal and written communication.
- **Microsoft Office**: Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Task Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results on schedule.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of software development technologies (e.g., Java, C++, SQL).
- **Consistency**: Ensure consistency in writing style, fonts, images, and tone.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of content writing experience.
- **Education**: UG - BA in English Literature, PG - MBA preferred.
- **Work Hours**: Willingness to work night shifts (PST).
- **Additional Skills**:

- Experience with writing essays is preferred, and familiarity with content writing is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
