Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and booking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
