- Proficiency with MS Office
- proficiency in salon management software

**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into our salon. You will manage a variety of tasks to keep our salon running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and manage appointments using salon management software.
- Handle client inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with retail sales and recommend products to clients.
- Coordinate with stylists and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Handle any client complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in salon management software; ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail; and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
