**Job Description of Massage Therapist
- Females only**

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and clients and anticipate their needs.
- Personalize each treatment to accommodate the individual needs of our clients.
- Interact appropriately with client and members
- Follow established protocol to provide consistent and excellent service.
- Must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift to prepare.
- Be extremely knowledgeable and able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered. Educate clients on the benefits of Massage.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and restocking of treatment rooms. Assist in helping with cleanliness of the treatment room.
- Maintain excellent communication between activity in the treatment rooms and receptionists. Provide accurate information to the receptionists regarding type and length of treatment provided to clients.
- Constantly review bookings for the day checking for booking errors, double bookings, special requests, etc.
- Assist members and clients with rescheduling or cancelling as requested.
- Provide assistance when necessary.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
- Proven 1 year experience working as a spa therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Patience and respect. Professional appearance and demeanour
- Must be physically able to perform at a high level for a consecutive 60-to-90-minute massage session
- Maintain the established Cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Hands on experience in massage techniques for back, head and foot.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,875.41 per month
