If you can't handle remoteness, skip this post.We're looking for a battle-tested Operations Manager who can rebuild, hire, and run systems from zero — as if every day is a pre-opening.You'll:Set up SOPs, hire teams, and get the resort running end-to-end.Handle logistics, procurement, maintenance, and on-ground operations.Solve problems fast, close loops daily, and bring structure to chaos.You are:A doer, not a delegator.Highly organized, disciplined, and calm under pressure.From a luxury resort background with 5–8 years' experience.Ready to live and work full-time in the Andamans.Apply only if: you thrive on challenges, build from scratch, and treat every operational hurdle as your next win.Job MissionTo own and rebuild Munjoh's operations — end to end.You will structure and lead departments, recruit and train teams, standardize SOPs, and ensure operational excellence across both resorts.You'll be the backbone that holds together logistics, manpower, and service quality — as if running a pre-opening every day.Core ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement clear, simple SOPs across departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Front Office).Oversee daily operations — rooms, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and HR coordination.Establish inventory, purchase, and vendor control systems — no leakage, no excuses.Manage preventive maintenance schedules (pool, generator, plumbing, electrical).Hire, train, and build a disciplined, self-motivated team.Ensure service recovery ≤2 hours, on-time delivery ≥95%, and NPS ≥4.5.Coordinate closely with Resort Managers and Revenue teams to align operational delivery with guest experience goals.Set up morning stand-ups, weekly reviews, and monthly audits — and close every loop personally.Who You AreHands-on leader, not a desk-bound manager.Builder mindset — can set up systems from scratch, not just run existing ones.Decisive problem solver — finds solutions with whatever's available.Highly organized — can track a hundred moving parts and bring calm to chaos.Mature and steady — doesn't lose focus when things get hard or isolated.Luxury resort experience (5–8 years minimum) mandatory — must understand high-end guest expectations.No alcohol, no excuses, no delay — full commitment to discipline and presence.Performance MetricsOperational Efficiency SOP & process compliance100%Guest ExperienceNPS / complaints ratio≥4.5 /
