Security Guard

Job Mission

To ensure the complete safety of guests, staff, and property assets while maintaining the highest standards of discipline, vigilance, and professionalism in all duties.

What You'll Do

• Patrol and monitor resort premises, entrances, and guest areas at scheduled intervals.
• Manage gate control for vehicles, guests, and staff.
• Keep daily security logs and incident reports — clean handwriting, accurate details.
• Conduct night rounds, ensure all lights, locks, and equipment are secured.
• Support front desk and operations during emergencies or guest issues.
• Maintain neat personal appearance — proper uniform, grooming, and posture at all times.
• Coordinate with resort management for any safety, fire, or medical emergency.
• Check vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel entering the property.

Who We're Looking For

• Disciplined, alert, and honest individual with a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills — able to interact politely with guests and report clearly to management.
• Physically fit and capable of patrolling large resort areas.
• Non-smoker, non-drinker, punctual, and dependable.
• Previous experience in hotel/resort security or ex-servicemen background preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and emergency drills is a plus.

Key Expectations Area

Discipline On duty before time, full uniform, alert at all posts

Reporting Maintain accurate logbook entries, report incidents immediately

Guest Interaction Always polite, never intrusive; greet with respect

Reliability Available for rotational shifts including nights
