Job Mission To ensure the complete safety of guests staff and property assets while maintaining the highest standards of discipline vigilance and professionalism in all duties What You ll Do Patrol and monitor resort premises entrances and guest areas at scheduled intervals Manage gate control for vehicles guests and staff Keep daily security logs and incident reports clean handwriting accurate details Conduct night rounds ensure all lights locks and equipment are secured Support front desk and operations during emergencies or guest issues Maintain neat personal appearance proper uniform grooming and posture at all times Coordinate with resort management for any safety fire or medical emergency Check vendors contractors and delivery personnel entering the property Who We re Looking For Disciplined alert and honest individual with a sense of responsibility Good communication skills able to interact politely with guests and report clearly to management Physically fit and capable of patrolling large resort areas Non-smoker non-drinker punctual and dependable Previous experience in hotel resort security or ex-servicemen background preferred Basic knowledge of safety equipment fire extinguishers and emergency drills is a plus Key Expectations Area Discipline On duty before time full uniform alert at all posts Reporting Maintain accurate logbook entries report incidents immediately Guest Interaction Always polite never intrusive greet with respect Reliability Available for rotational shifts including nights What We Offer Stable long-term employment with accommodation if required Professional work culture emphasizing discipline and respect Competitive salary with performance-based recognition Job Type Full-time Pay 10 031 81 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
