Key responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Acts as the primary business leader for the resort, developing and implementing strategies for operations, guest satisfaction, and financial growth.
- Staff management: Recruits, trains, and develops staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and providing a high level of customer service.
- Departmental coordination: Ensures seamless operation across all departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest experience: Implements strategies to enhance guest experience, monitors guest feedback, and resolves complaints.
- Financial oversight: Manages budgets, monitors expenses, and works to increase revenue and market share.
- Operational oversight: Manages inventory, supervises maintenance, and ensures the resort is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Community relations: Builds strong relationships with local businesses and officials.
Essential skills and qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in hospitality and resort operations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management.
- Ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
