Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Port Blair. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting, accounts payable, and receivable management
- Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field is advantageous
