Staff and operations
- Manage staff: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Performance: Appraise employee performance and provide feedback or discipline as needed.
- Scheduling: Create staff rotas and manage employee hours and payroll.
- Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Financial and administrative
- Manage finances: Track expenses, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
- Reporting: Create reports on revenue, expenses, and other financial data.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks like payroll and ordering.
Customer and quality
- Customer service: Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints or inquiries effectively.
- Quality control: Monitor and maintain food and service quality.
- Marketing: Implement marketing strategies and promote the restaurant.
Other responsibilities
- Menu planning: Work with chefs on menu planning.
- Problem-solving: Handle equipment repairs and other emergencies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all licensing and liquor regulations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
