Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
  • Manage KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) entries accurately.
  • Generate and maintain bills/invoices, ensuring proper posting of charges.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Maintain front office records, registers, and guest documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and hotel PMS (preferred).
  • Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
  • Local candidates will be given preference.
  • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
