Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.
- Provide excellent guest service, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
- Manage KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) entries accurately.
- Generate and maintain bills/invoices, ensuring proper posting of charges.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Maintain front office records, registers, and guest documentation.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and walk-ins.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and hotel PMS (preferred).
- Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
- Local candidates will be given preference.
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
