Job Title Guest Service Associate - Front Office Receptionist -MALE FEMALE Symphony Group Location Neil Island Port Blair Department Front Office Reports To Front Office Manager Duty Manager Employment Type Full-Time FOOD STAY PROVIDED Air Travel Ticket Paid One Way after completiion of 1 year both ways can be considered Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office operations preferably in a hotel or resort Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems e g IDS Opera etc Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus Pleasant personality well-groomed and customer-service oriented Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible to work in shifts weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival Handle check-in check-out procedures efficiently using the PMS system Manage room assignments and reservations ensuring accuracy and guest preferences Respond to guest inquiries complaints and requests with prompt resolution Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure all materials are up to date Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Upsell resort services and amenities to enhance guest experience Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to safety protocols What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Accommodation and meals if applicable Training and career development opportunities A vibrant work environment in a scenic resort setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Work Location In person
