Real Estate Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Lead Management
- Handle client inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Sales & Negotiation
- Present and explain project details, layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for updated inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and client databases.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to management on inquiries, visits, and closures.
Market Awareness & Promotion
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Participate in property expos and promotional events when required.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Customer Service
- Assist clients through the booking and documentation process.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth handover experience.
- Resolve client queries promptly and maintain long-term relationships.
