Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Lead Management

  • Handle client inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Present and explain project details, layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for updated inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and client databases.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to management on inquiries, visits, and closures.

Market Awareness & Promotion

  • Stay updated with current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
  • Participate in property expos and promotional events when required.
  • Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

Customer Service

  • Assist clients through the booking and documentation process.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth handover experience.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and maintain long-term relationships.
