Job Summary:

Evermark Developers & Promoters is hiring a Sales Manager for our Open Team at Sector 82, Mohali. The ideal candidate must have 2–4 years of real estate sales experience, a strong channel partner (CP) network, and solid knowledge of the Tricity market, including Chandigarh, Kharar, Kurali, Landran, Morinda, and New Chandigarh. Personal conveyance is mandatory for this field-intensive role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive residential and commercial property sales in Mohali and surrounding areas
  • Build and manage relationships with CPs, brokers, and local agents
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and close deals independently
  • Generate leads through fieldwork and local networking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation
  • Provide regular sales updates and market insights

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Strong CP network in Tricity region (Chandigarh, Kharar, Kurali, Landran, Morinda, New Chandigarh)
  • Must have own conveyance for local travel
  • Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Immediate joiner preferred
