Full Job Description:

  • Building and maintaining a strong client network
  • Sourcing and securing property listings
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiations
  • Advising clients on market trends.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Remain informed about evolving market dynamics and professional standards in real estate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in India.
  • Proven expertise in rental management with a strong track record in overseeing day-to-day operations of property rentals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English/Punjabi/Hindi ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
